Sumner relates, “I am a science geek by education and wino by passion. When you combine the simple chemistry of farming and vinification with the pleasure of wine, the meal is enhanced. We are here to demystify wine and the marriage it entertains with food. We have a global list of our favorites that we want to share with out clients.”
